Job Responsibilities:
  • Works closely with Client Operations teams to understand and support their operational needs to determine the best technology solution
  • Provide analysis and deep insights to business needs and challenge and enable the best fit and technology solution
  • Deep understanding of interaction, dependencies and alignment of different corporate initiatives, business unit, and IT strategies
  • Architect and design business processes and systems solutions in support of business objectives
  • Deep expertise in end to end Procure to Pay processes, e.g., master data, RFQ, forecasting, source determination, MRP, Inventory strategies (safety stock, consignment, replenishment, rebalancing, etc.), Sub contracting, Purchase order (PO) management, Inbound logistics, Costing, Supplier invoicing, etc. and Supplier Collaboration, e.g., forecast, inventory, PO management, Costing, Capacity availability, Constraints, etc.
  • Ability to connect multiple operations domains (Planning, Fulfillment, Manufacturing, Logistics, Spares Operations) and their interdependencies with Procurement
  • Collaborate with the business unit in leveraging various Supply Chain Execution & Supplier Collaboration systems (SAP ECC MM/PP, SAP S/4, SAP Workflows, SAP Portal, BI/Dashboards, Supplier B2B technologies, etc.) to enable the organization's future state business capabilities
    Able to put on multiple hats: Business Analyst, Data Analyst, System Analyst and communicate effectively to a diverse audience, including leadership, to articulate complex planning scenarios, trade offs, and its impact to Lam Operations
    Ability to understand business functionality and translate into business use cases
    Experience with both waterfall and agile project management methodologies, and ability to deliver on responsibilities during various project phases including:
    Requirements (Validation and Alignment)
    Design (Blueprint and Spec)
    Develop (Technical Spec, Prototyping, Configuration, and Unit testing)
    Test (Integration testing and User acceptance testing)
    Training/Documentation
    Deploy (Cutover, Go Live)
    Run (Post mortem, Hypercare)
    Able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
    Demonstrated cross functional team leadership experience
