• Conduct thorough assessments of students' mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual.
• Implement corrective actions based on ongoing evaluations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality treatment and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of treatment plans and clinical notes to comply with utilization review procedures.
• Conduct regular audits of client documentation to ensure our record-keeping systems meet governmental standards.
• Supervise the maintenance of electronic medical records, ensuring adherence to licensing regulations and ethical standards.
• Research and innovate new program services that align with community needs, gaining necessary approvals and implementation strategies.
• Collaborate with educators and other school personnel to integrate mental health support into school activities, promoting a holistic approach to student wellbeing.
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, ensuring timely support in moments of urgent mental health challenges.

Your primary clients will be students aged various backgrounds and experiences, ranging from those encountering mild stress to those facing more significant mental health issues. • A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted California Clinical Social Worker License (LCSW).

• Proficient in conflict resolution and skilled at navigating challenging conversations with patients, families, and staff.

• Experience working within a school setting or with educational institutions, familiarizing yourself with the unique demands of school-based mental health services.

• Strong familiarity with electronic health record systems and clinical documentation standards.
