Responsibilities

What You'll Doย ย ย 

DSU/SISU Sales Performance Reportingย 

  • Deliver standardized recurring reporting for DSU and SISU sales performance, including call activity, contact rates, quote activity, applications, sales count, premium, conversion rates, productivity, and other agreed-upon KPIs.ย 

  • Create consistent reporting views that allow leadership to monitor performance by team, campaign, lead source, agent, time period, and relevant operational segments.ย 

  • Identify performance variances versus plan, trend, and expectations; summarize key drivers in a clear, action-oriented format.ย 

Contact Center & Call Driver Analyticsย 

  • Analyze call drivers, inbound and outbound activity, disposition outcomes, response patterns, and customer engagement trends to identify risks and opportunities.ย 

  • Partner with DSU/SISU leaders to diagnose operational bottlenecks, follow-up gaps, workload patterns, and productivity opportunities.ย 

  • Provide recurring and ad hoc analytics that connect call center activity to sales outcomes and conversion efficiency.ย 

Campaign Performance & Lead-to-Sale Funnel Insightsย 

  • Evaluate campaign performance across the lead-to-sale funnel, including lead volume, speed-to-contact, contactability, quote progression, conversion, sales, premium, and drop-off points.ย 

  • Compare campaign and lead-source performance to highlight where DSU/SISU efforts are generating the strongest return and where intervention may be needed.ย 

  • Develop insights and recommendations that support campaign optimization, prioritization, and sales follow-up strategies.ย 

Dashboard Development & Data Visualizationย 

  • Build, maintain, and enhance clear, actionable dashboards for DSU and SISU leadership using approved reporting and visualization tools.ย 

  • Design dashboards that provide leadership with timely visibility into daily, weekly, monthly, and campaign-level performance.ย 

  • Ensure reports and dashboards are intuitive, accurate, and focused on metrics that support operational decision-making.ย 

Central Analytics Point of Contactย 

  • Serve as the central point of contact for DSU/SISU contact center analytics needs, including recurring reporting, ad hoc analysis, metric definitions, and performance deep dives.ย 

  • Coordinate with Distribution Analytics, data engineering, marketing, sales operations, and channel leaders to align reporting logic and ensure consistent interpretation of results.ย 

  • Translate stakeholder questions into structured analyses and communicate findings in a practical, business-ready manner.ย 

Data Accuracy, Governance & Continuous Improvementย 

  • Validate data sources, definitions, and calculations to ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and credibility.ย 

  • Document key metric definitions, reporting assumptions, and recurring dashboard logic for continuity and transparency.ย 

  • Proactively recommend enhancements to DSU/SISU reporting, analytics processes, and data capture practices.ย 

Position Success Criteriaย 

  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in sales performance analysis, contact center metrics, funnel analytics, trend analysis, and identifying actionable insights.ย 

  • Ability to convert operational data into concise recommendations for DSU/SISU leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.ย 

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, with advanced Excel capabilities.ย 

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.ย 

  • Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to high standards of data integrity, consistency, and documentation.ย 

  • Ability to manage recurring reporting routines while also supporting ad hoc business questions and emerging leadership priorities.ย 

Qualifications

Qualificationsย 

  • Bachelor's degree in data science, Actuarial Science, Analytics, Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field.ย 

  • 3-7 years of data analytics, business analytics, sales analytics, actuarial, or related experience with a focus in insurance, contact center, or distribution analyticsย 

  • Solid understanding of sales funnels, lead management, campaign measurement, distribution channels, and operational KPIs.ย 

Preferred Qualificationsย ย 

  • Experience supporting contact center, telephone sales, distribution, sales operations, or performance management teams.ย 

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, lead management platforms, call center reporting, sales funnel tracking, and campaign performance measurement.ย 

  • Experience developing dashboards and recurring KPI reporting for leadership audiences.ย 

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple reporting cycles and stakeholder requests.ย 

  • Background collaborating with marketing, sales, data engineering, operations, and analytics teamsย ย ย ย ย
