What is a remote relocate?

A Remote Relocate job refers to a position where employees work remotely but may be required or offered the opportunity to relocate to a different city, state, or country. These roles are often designed for workers who prefer the flexibility of remote work but are open to moving for company needs, team integration, or long-term assignments. Employers may provide relocation assistance or incentives to help with the transition. The specific requirements and relocation policies vary by employer and job type, so it's important to clarify details before accepting a position.

It's important to establish clear communication channels and make use of collaboration tools to remain engaged. Proactively planning relocation logistics and setting routines can help maintain productivity and minimize disruption. Many organizations also provide relocation support and resources, so it's beneficial to inquire about these before starting.

Job description

Kasisto is seeking a skilled and versatile Technical Project Manager to work with customers on the implementation of agentic applications for financial services. This role will include extensive customer communications as well as development of tools to accelerate implementation and integration with customer systems as part of the end-to-end production solution. This full time position can be based in our New York City office or fully remote.

We will consider only candidates who reside in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Georgia, or Texas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project activities from initial customer kick-off through successful production go-live and beyond.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the customer and Kasisto.
  • Participate in the discovery process with customers to capture their technical requirements and business objectives.
  • Identify project risks and mitigation options.
  • Drive consensus with the customer on project plans and timeframe.
  • Participate in project-specific development activities, either as the primary developer or contributing to a team effort.
  • Assist with validation of the complete solution in development, staging, and production environments.
  • Monitor and optimize deployments in response to evolving business needs.
  • Create and maintain the documentation archive specific to each implementation.
Required Skills
  • At least 5 years of  hands-on experience in project management, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Experience implementing customer service automation, preferably solutions incorporating AI and ideally agentic AI.
  • Working knowledge of the regulatory, security, and governance needs of financial institutions.
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders from the trenches to the C-suite.
  • General knowledge of Java or Python sufficient for building, enhancing, and debugging proprietary tools.
  • Comfortable with solving problems in a complex and ambiguous context.
  • Willingness to "wear many hats" and "roll up your sleeves" as is common in a fast-paced, nimble company such as ours.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Desired Skills
  • Proficiency with AWS and Azure environments.
  • Capable of building production-ready scripts or code for data manipulation and API integration, either directly or using AI tools.
  • Experience with banking platforms such as Candescent, Q2, FIS, and Jack Henry.
  • Familiarity with voice systems and modern telephony.
  • Understanding of contact center architecture and operations.
  • Conversational Spanish fluency, ideally as a native speaker.
What We Offer
  • Base salary of $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
  • Collaborative work environment within a small team focused on delivery projects.
  • Hands-on experience with leading AI technology.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship now or at any time in the future, and relocation assistance will not be provided.
