• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy in a remote setting, creating a safe and supportive atmosphere that encourages openness and growth.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments that inform individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and therapeutic needs.
• Maintain accurate and secure client records following legal and ethical guidelines to ensure confidentiality and compliance.
• Participate in regular team meetings for case consultations, exchanging insight and strategies for enhancing client outcomes.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training provided by Delamere Mental Health.
• Exhibit flexibility in your availability to accommodate clients’ scheduling preferences, demonstrating dedication to their mental health needs.

Your role will significantly impact the diverse population we serve, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and older adults. You will work with clients dealing with various issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and substance use disorders. Our commitment to culturally competent care means you will approach each client with sensitivity to their unique backgrounds and experiences.

• A valid and actively insured Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) credential in the state of Maryland.
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; further education is preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work both independently and within a supportive, collaborative team environment.

While two years of experience providing therapy is required, experience with diverse populations and issues will enhance your effectiveness in our practice. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms is a plus, as these tools are essential to our remote work setting.

Delamere Mental Health offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
