We are looking for a leader and an experienced Behavior analyst to join our ABA program in an established multi-disciplinary clinic. Due to state billing requirements, candidates for this remote position must hold an active individual provider enrollment with NC Medicaid (NCTracks).
Requirements

  • Must hold an active individual provider enrollment with NC Medicaid (NCTracks)
  • Must have obtained a professional license from the North Carolina Behavior Analyst Licensure Board (NCBALB)
  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of ABA, including comprehensive intervention development and implementation for children and adolescents, required
  • 1 Year with BT or RBT supervisory experience, preferred
  • Experienced in training, mentoring, and supporting a team in an intensive treatment environment is preferred
  • Self-motivated, not afraid of hard work

Essential Job Functions
  • Build and design a comprehensive ABA and parent training program for young children and adolescents.

  • Supervise and mentor the Autism Service Team, including establishing performance expectations, developing supervision plans, conducting performance evaluations, and monitoring program progress and productivity.
