The Sales Operations Analyst is necessary to provide analytical and operational sales support and leadership for the LNNA Sales organization. This position provides expertise and leadership across Sales Operations. This includes the analysis and reporting of POS, revenue, expense, variable compensation, and customer information and partnering with Sales leaders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide operational support to sales management
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments
  • Enhance and improve the operational efficiencies within the sales organization
  • Develop processes and procedures to support the sales process and participates in the development of requirements for sales support systems
  • Provide support to track sales performance metrics and process improvement
  • Develop, manage and lead projects
  • Use best practices and knowledge of internal and external business issues to improve products or services
  • Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales organization
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
  • Successful candidate will reside in Ohio
  • Experience in analyzing data and identifying areas to improve and track
  • Skilled using SQL and Salesforce (or similar CRM)
  • Ability to influence and interact with senior leadership
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve issues
  • Proficient in M.S. Office
  • Demonstrated success in remote work environment
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
U.S. National Base Pay Range: $59,200 - $98,600. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
