About the Role:

The Regional Manager - will be responsible for overseeing and driving the operational success of multiple business units within the Northeastern United States. This role requires strategic leadership to ensure that regional goals align with the overall company objectives, fostering growth and profitability. The manager will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and implement policies that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. They will serve as the primary liaison between corporate headquarters and local branches, ensuring consistent communication and execution of company initiatives. Ultimately, this position is critical in shaping the regional market presence and delivering sustainable business results.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree Construction Management or Civil Engineering.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role overseeing multiple locations or teams.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and operational targets.

• Strong knowledge of business operations, financial management, and strategic planning.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Manage regional budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards across all locations.

• Collaborate with corporate departments such as marketing, finance, and human resources to support regional initiatives.

• Drive customer satisfaction initiatives and resolve escalated client issues promptly and effectively.

• Prepare and present regular reports on regional performance to senior leadership.
