**Qualifications:**
- Strong refrigeration and HVAC expertise with at least 3 years of experience.
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical school certification preferred.
- Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Certified in Universal EPA with a clean driving record.
- Experience with VRF systems is a plus.
