• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for clients.
• Utilize solution-based treatment modalities to effectively address the mental health needs of clients.
• Develop tailored treatment plans, assessing clients' progress and adapting strategies as needed to promote better health outcomes.
• Facilitate client insights regarding their emotions, experiences, and relationships, fostering a deeper understanding of their mental health.
• Monitor treatment progress consistently, providing feedback and necessary adjustments to coping strategies.
• Collaborate with team members and utilize our all-in-one counselor portal to streamline your counseling efforts.

You will primarily engage with stable, low-acuity adult clients who present a variety of mental health challenges. Our aim is to assist these individuals in developing the skills and strategies necessary to enhance their quality of life, focusing on empowerment and self-management of mental health issues.

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license that allows independent practice; we do not offer supervision.

• Must possess strong interpersonal skills, with a genuine, empathetic nature.
• Proficient digital literacy to effectively engage in remote counseling, which includes having access to a computer with audio and video capabilities.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection to facilitate uninterrupted video sessions.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a counseling or mental health role is highly preferred. Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of mental health concerns will be advantageous in this role.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and working hours.
