About the Role

A prominent independent insurance agency in the Gulf South seeks an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager. This is a 100% remote role for qualified applicants in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana.


Must have:

  • Independent insurance agency experience
  • Experience placing with coastal insurance markets
  • Be proficient with the agency management system Epic
  • At least two (2) years of personal lines insurance experience
  • Active state insurance license


Keys to your success include:

  • Ability to quickly process policy changes, additions, billing, claims status, and renewals
  • Maintain and update coverage summaries, prepare binders, and ensure accuracy of new policies prior to client delivery
  • Assist with account rounding and cross-selling opportunities for existing clients
