As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work within a telehealth framework that allows you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own home. • Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans that address clients' unique needs, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies.
• Utilize evidence-based assessment tools and methodologies to inform treatment decisions and monitor progress.
• Complete all necessary documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices, ensuring timely submissions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community organizations to develop and implement positive behavior support plans.
• Act as a liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate comprehensive client care.
• Engage actively in all licensing and accreditation processes, representing the agency at pertinent meetings and committees.
• Facilitate open communication with clients and their families to promote integration of treatment goals within the community.
• Continuously seek opportunities for personal growth and knowledge expansion, attending relevant conferences, workshops, and training sessions.
• Support the agency’s mission and values in all aspects of client interactions and program development.
• Adopt an adaptable approach to performing other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

The patients you will serve include individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to substance use disorders and developmental disabilities. Your goal will be to create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment that encourages clients to engage actively in their own recovery process. You will work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, promoting inclusivity and tailored care that speaks to their specific experiences and needs.

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Holding an independent LMHC license from the state board is essential to practice.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain clinical records and prepare comprehensive reports is expected.
• Excellent collaborative skills for effective teamwork in a multidisciplinary setting.
• Strong oral and written communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and make independent, informed decisions based on professional knowledge.

• Experience utilizing telehealth as a primary means of delivering therapeutic services is preferred.
• Previous work in similar environments or with the specified patient demographic is advantageous.
• Familiarity with various evidence-based therapeutic modalities and assessment tools enhances candidacy.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 86,000 to 103,000.
