• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand clients' psychosocial needs.
• Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) in collaboration with clients and their families.
• Participate actively as a member of a multidisciplinary team to monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes.
• Offer supportive counseling and resources to families, enhancing their capacity to provide care and support for their loved ones.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, maintaining high ethical standards in service delivery.
• Utilize effective therapeutic techniques to establish rapport with clients and families, fostering trust and a sense of safety.

This position focuses on a diverse population, primarily comprising individuals undergoing detoxification from substance use. The role requires understanding the complex emotional, social, and psychological needs of these clients, as well as their families. Your work will help them navigate the recovery process, ensuring their dignity and autonomy are respected throughout their treatment journey.

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas is mandatory.
• Expert knowledge of psychosocial assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies relevant to the populations served.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and effective interaction with clients, family members, and team professionals.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities essential for managing multiple cases simultaneously.
• Demonstrated competency in age-related issues and specific developmental needs across various client populations.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a similar setting is preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus, enabling us to better serve our diverse community.
