• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather detailed information regarding each client’s mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a personalized approach to treatment.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Trauma-Focused Therapy (TFT).
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans encompassing specific goals, therapeutic strategies, and interventions aimed at enhancing client well-being.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals—to ensure integrated and coordinated care for our clients.
• Respond promptly to client crises, conducting risk assessments, safety planning, and crisis intervention as required to ensure client safety and support.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation that aligns with ethical and legal standards, ensuring that all client interactions are recorded accurately.
• Lead therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and shared learning among clients.

Your primary focus will be working with clients undergoing detoxification and those experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and substance use disorders. You will serve a diverse clientele and will adapt therapeutic interventions to meet varying needs, preferences, and cultural backgrounds.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is required.
• Strong knowledge and application of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches to mental health care.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, allowing for effective client relationships and collaboration with team members.

• Experience providing services specifically related to detox and substance use disorders is preferred.
• Familiarity with digital tools for telehealth therapy and electronic health record management.
• Prior experience in facilitating group therapies and workshops for adults, families, or adolescents.

The role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
