As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your daily tasks will include:

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and counselors, to create and deliver comprehensive client care.
• Conducting thorough assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs and circumstances.
• Implementing evidence-based interventions and therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), to assist clients in overcoming challenges related to mental health.
• Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies, ensuring that they feel empowered in their recovery journey.
• Continuously updating your knowledge on the latest best practices, research findings, and community resources to inform your practice and enhance service delivery.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in all documentation.

Our clinic serves a diverse population, with a special focus on elderly clients facing complex mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health conditions. You will develop personalized interventions that cater to this population's unique needs, ensuring they receive comprehensive support that encompasses both emotional and social aspects of care.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active LCSW license to practice in the state of Nevada.
• Strong clinical skills with a proven record of delivering effective therapeutic interventions.
• Exceptional communication skills to foster rapport with clients and collaborate with team members.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload effectively.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience, particularly with elderly populations.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques.
• Experience utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and case management.
