• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients to identify mental health challenges and establish effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Provide therapeutic services through various modalities, including individual, group, couples, and family therapy, employing evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state laws and ethical standards, utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software to streamline patient record management.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required for this position.
