• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' psychological and emotional needs, and establish personalized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies based on evidence-based practices to address clients' unique challenges and therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate and lead individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques to foster client engagement and progress.
• Work collaboratively with the treatment team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure an integrated approach to client care that promotes welfare and accountability.
• Provide education and resources to clients' families, fostering their involvement in the recovery process and enhancing their understanding of mental health.
• Maintain precise and confidential records, adhering to all ethical guidelines and regulatory frameworks relevant to mental health practice.

You will work with a diverse client base, ranging from children to adults, facing various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Our clients come from various cultural backgrounds, and your ability to provide compassionate, individualized therapy will be essential in fostering their recovery and overall well-being.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is mandatory to practice in this role.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a related mental health or counseling role is preferred.
• Proven expertise in evidence-based practices for treating a variety of mental health disorders.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and motivate them throughout their therapeutic journey.
