Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical intakes, comprehensive assessments, and the development of tailored treatment plans for clients facing mental health challenges.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families, focusing on specific issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
• Document client interactions and progress in a timely manner using our intuitive electronic health records (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Engage regularly in virtual peer case consultations and optional group support sessions to enhance your clinical skills and collaboration.
• Manage and balance a caseload of clients that aligns with your clinical interests and preferred work schedule, providing flexibility to maintain work-life balance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice will encompass a wide range of client demographics, including those from BIPOC communities, the LGBTQ+ spectrum, and patients dealing with chronic illnesses. You will play an instrumental role in offering trauma-informed care, ensuring that all clients feel respected and seen in their healing journeys. By working remotely, you will reach those who may otherwise struggle to access vital mental health services.

Qualifications

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience in an outpatient, private practice, or telehealth setting is required.
• Strong proficiency in teletherapy platforms and electronic health records management.
• Exceptional clinical judgment, self-motivation, and adherence to ethical practice standards.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing services to diverse populations, particularly BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clients.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care methodologies and chronic illness management.
• Availability to manage and see a minimum of 15 clients each week, with considerable flexibility based on your personal and professional goals.

Compensation and Benefits

Our competitive compensation package offers a salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, supplemented with comprehensive benefits.
