Job Summary

The Electrical AutoCAD Designer supports the design and documentation of electrical systems for a large-scale microgrid and power distribution project. This is a remote position based out of the company headquarters in Raleigh, NC. The role contributes directly to the electrical design deliverables for a high-priority data center development program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and revise electrical drawings, schematics, and diagrams using AutoCAD.
  • Produce and update single-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, panel schedules, and conduit/cable routing drawings.
  • Coordinate with electrical engineers and project team members to ensure drawing accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain organized drawing files and revision histories in accordance with project standards.
  • Incorporate redlines and design changes into existing drawing sets.
  • Support the production of construction and as-built documentation as required.
  • Perform additional drafting and documentation duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with electrical drawings specifically.
