Job description

On behalf of our client, Noor Workforce Solutions is looking to identify Remote Telephone Interviewers. Remote Telephone Interviewers will conduct telephone interviews with randomly selected respondents for the Wisconsin Department of Health Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) study. Requirements include excellent communication skills, reliability/punctuality, and a clear speaking voice for telephone communication. The compensation for this position is $15.00 per hour.

Responsibilities of a Research Interviewer:
  • Follow project specifications.
  • Conduct telephonic, computer-based interviews with a high degree of accuracy and integrity.
  • Exercise courtesy and professionalism to all respondents.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all collected data.
  • Strong computer, interpersonal, and typing skills.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • H.S. Diploma or equivalent AND 1 year telephone service experience
  • The ability to speak with respondents using a headset and a keyboard or mouse to record responses.
  • Ability to correctly pronounce medical terminology.
  • Exceptional reading, verbal, and listening skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Good working knowledge of computers.
  • Strong typing skills.
  • Positive and self-motivated demeanor.
  • Remote interviewers must have home wireless internet Download speeds of 50 Mbps or better.
  • Remote interviewers must have a private space to conduct interviews.

Additional Information:
Training:
  • All training is paid and requires attendance all 4 consecutive evenings (Tuesday – Friday) before beginning to dial.
Schedule:
  • This is a part time position beginning on July 13th, 2026, ending December 31st, 2026.
  • Interviewers will work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours a week.
  • Interviewers will be required to work at least 1 weekend shift (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) each week.
  • Each interviewer will self-schedule by selecting from the available shifts provided online in the scheduling system.
Typical Available shifts available are:
  • Evening Shifts Monday – Friday: 4, 5 or 6:00 PM until 9 or 10:00 PM ET
  • Saturday: 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM ET until 4 or 5:00 PM ET
  • Sunday: 4, 5 or 6:00PM ET – 9:00 PM ET
