To thrive as a Remote RN, you need a current RN license, strong clinical assessment skills, and experience in patient care management. Familiarity with telehealth platforms, electronic health records (EHR), and secure communication systems is essential. Excellent communication, self-motivation, and adaptability are crucial soft skills for engaging with patients and collaborating virtually with healthcare teams.
