Registered Nurse (Remote Patient Monitoring)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) team. This is a full-time, fully remote position designed for RNs who enjoy connecting with patients, ensuring quality care, and leveraging technology to improve outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Monitor and review daily vital sign alerts through our RPM platform.

  • Follow up with patients and providers regarding abnormal readings or concerns.

  • Promote patient engagement and ensure compliance with daily vital submissions.

  • Document all interactions and clinical notes accurately within the Epic EMR system.

  • Communicate proactively with the clinical team to support ongoing care plans.

  • Participate in team huddles and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Schedule Options:

  • 3x12-hour shifts per week

  • Weekend rotation

  • AM & PM 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (compact license preferred).

  • Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience (telehealth or chronic care management experience a plus).

  • Must be located in Maryland.

  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills.

  • Comfort using technology and navigating EMR systems (Epic experience preferred).

  • A reliable, distraction-free home workspace with internet access.
