Job description

The position includes:
- Maintain financial records by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts for all clients;
- Produce and reconcile month end financials for all clients
- Supervise other bookkeepers
- Reconcile accounts receivables, accounts payables, and payroll for all clients
- File sales taxes and special taxes for clients
- Work on special projects as needed
Our ideal candidates:
• Have a minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience
• Are expert in QuickBooks Online with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience
• Are very strong with MS Excel spreadsheets
• Are proficient with MS Outlook and MS Word
• Are able to manage multiple clients and deadlines
• Possess a complete understanding of how to audit and reconcile third party payroll reports to the general ledger;
• Are especially professional and able to manage confidential information
• Are positive, service-oriented and eager to take on new challenges
• Are detail-oriented, well organized, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have leadership qualities
• Are multitasking
• Are a team player
• Have a positive "can do" attitude
It's a plus if you speak Portuguese.
Full-Time, Monday – Friday at our office. It can be remote in the future.
