Are you detail-oriented, compassionate, and passionate about improving customer experiences? We are seeking a Remote Quality Assurance Survey Specialist to help ensure the highest level of service for individuals utilizing Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services nationwide.

In this role, you will conduct outbound quality assurance surveys, document customer feedback, and help improve the transportation experience for members, clients, and healthcare partners. Why This Role Matters

Non-Emergency Medical Transportation helps individuals access essential healthcare appointments and services when they may otherwise have no reliable transportation available. Quality assurance and member feedback play a critical role in improving safety, reliability, accountability, and overall patient experience within the NEMT industry.

If you're passionate about customer experience and want to help improve healthcare access for communities across the country, we'd love to hear from you.
