WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

As the Publisher Partnerships Specialist, you are the engine room of our supply operations. You will support the broader Business Development team by managing the day-to-day health of our direct publisher relationships. Your role is a mix of account coordination, technical troubleshooting, and performance analysis. You ensure that our partners are set up correctly, their ads are firing as intended, and any delivery issues are caught and fixed after they impact revenue.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Serve as the daily point of contact for assigned inventory partners, responding to inquiries regarding delivery, reporting, and basic technical setup.
  • Assist in the end-to-end setup of new publishers. This includes collecting necessary documentation, verifying txt/app-ads.txt compliance, and setting up Deal IDs in our internal systems.
  • Conduct daily audits of publisher performance. You will look for fluctuations in fill rates, latency, or floor price blocks and escalate anomalies to the senior team.
  • Investigate ad delivery issues.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for partners. You will identify actionable trends—such as a specific domain underperforming or a spike in IVT (Invalid Traffic)—to help optimize the account.
  • Keep our internal CRM and partner databases up-to-date with current contact info, contract terms, and technical specifications.
  • Perform regular quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure publishers are adhering to our Brand Safety and Ad Quality guidelines.
  • Work closely with the Campaign Operations and Sales teams to provide "inventory availability" (avails) and help troubleshoot why specific campaigns may not be scaling on certain sites.

YOU’LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • Experience: 2–4 years in AdTech, specifically within Publisher Development, SSP Business Development, or Yield Management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the programmatic landscape, including Header Bidding, OpenRTB, and the nuances of the "Supply-Side" (SSP/DSP dynamics).
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with ad tags (VAST/JavaScript), ads.txt/app-ads.txt protocols, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Relationship Focus: You are a "people person" who enjoys building long-term trust with partners while remaining firm on commercial goals.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to manipulate data in Excel/Google Sheets to tell a story. You should be comfortable with pivot tables and identifying trends in massive datasets.
  • Drive & Initiative: Highly motivated to hit "Supply-Side" targets and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; you can explain complex programmatic "plumbing" to a publisher’s monetization lead with ease.

WORKING WITH US HAS ITS REWARDS:

Awesome company environment and benefits with a great management team. Competitive pay based on experience, 17 PTO days, 401K match, long-term incentive plan and employer sponsored healthcare options. Hybrid work schedule. Fully remote options as well depending on the position. Company is focused on developing and mentoring employees!

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.
