Chrysalis Health Counseling is seeking a passionate and licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dedicated team in a full-time, remote capacity. This position allows for flexibility as it is primarily remote, enabling you to manage your schedule while ensuring consistent support for your clients. Standard work hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a work-life balance essential in the mental health field. You will collaborate with a team of licensed professionals, behavioral health support staff, and administrative personnel who share a commitment to high-quality client care.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments for new clients, analyzing their psychosocial history to identify presenting issues and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions to assist clients in setting and achieving clear, measurable mental health goals.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused approaches, to support clients in navigating emotional challenges.
• Regularly document client interactions through detailed progress notes and treatment summaries to ensure continuity of care and compliance with organizational policies.
• Engage in crisis intervention as needed, providing immediate support and coordinating with local resources to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and share best practices, contributing to the overall effectiveness of treatment approaches.
• Maintain awareness of current mental health trends and integrate new methodologies into practice, staying informed about ongoing training opportunities.

In this role, you will serve a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing various emotional difficulties, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Your adept understanding of cultural diversity and sensitivity to the unique challenges faced by different populations will enhance therapeutic relationships and improve client outcomes.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid LCSW license in Massachusetts, demonstrating your commitment to professional standards and regulations.
• Strong skills in diagnostic assessments and a proven ability to formulate effective treatment strategies for a broad range of mental health conditions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, enabling you to build rapport with clients and document care accurately.
• Adherence to strong ethical standards and a deep understanding of HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.

• At least two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably within a community health framework.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and enhance practice efficiency.
• Experience in group therapy facilitation and community outreach initiatives, contributing to overall public health engagement.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
