• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis interventions, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment strategies.
• Maintain timely documentation that meets all regulatory standards and follows organizational protocols.
• Implement evidence-based screening tools as directed by the clinical team to ensure accurate diagnosis and effective treatment interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and execute positive behavior support plans that enhance patient outcomes.
• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the high standards of our services.
• Serve as a liaison between patients and relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to streamline service delivery and support.
• Establish and nurture professional relationships with local, state, federal, and private agencies to promote our programs and identify potential partnerships and funding opportunities.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending conferences, completing relevant training, and participating in task forces related to mental health challenges.
• Promote and embody the agency's mission, values, and philosophy in all professional interactions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the clinic's operational needs.

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
• Possession of an Independent LMHC License is mandatory.

• Experience in community health settings or similar environments.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and screening tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in crisis intervention and management.
