Job description

Provides Strategic Planning within the ERP (Workday) application to meet ongoing business requirements. Works collaboratively with the Finance Team and Functional Leads building and maintaining ERP system processes. Establishes and maintains a solid working relationship with all departments and entities to facilitate a better understanding of the ERP system. Maintains the ERP environment to be secure, efficient and operational for all business functions.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning for full ERP system, including management of ERP Feature Releases.
  • Research and document issue resolution within the ERP system for finance and other departments as problems arise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define ongoing project requirements, system functionality, and business processes.
  • Develop and implement training and communication plans to ensure end users are properly trained and informed on ERP processes.
  • Recommend, build and maintain efficient ERP Business Processes.
  • Recommend, build and maintain financial reports, as needed and requested from the Finance Team.
  • Provide budget leadership in the accumulation and compilation of operating statistical activity.
  • Provide input to modeling of organizational targets supporting forward budgeting.
  • Maintain system security and access standards
  • This role is fully remote.
  • Act in accordance with the established mission, vision, and values.
  • Abide by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability privacy and security regulations regarding all aspects of Protected Health Information (PHI).
  • Maintain effective communication and professional working relationships with patients/clients and their representatives, team members, contractors, physicians, peers, outside agencies, and the public.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business
  • Workday Strategic Development/Roadmap Planning
  • Understanding or Experience with Data Modeling, Business Intelligence or Data Analytics Solutions

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Advanced knowledge with computers and Productivity programs (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • High level of customer service skills and ability to deal with all types of situations and problems in a calm and professional manner.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to document and explain technical details to non-technical team members, directors and executive leadership.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and stressful setting.
