• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for students to identify presenting issues, background, and therapy goals.
• Provide a range of therapeutic services including individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based interventions.
• Develop customized treatment plans that suit the unique needs of each student, collaborating closely with them to set and monitor progress toward their therapeutic goals.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential records of client interactions while adhering to ethical guidelines and legal requirements.
• Establish and nurture therapeutic relationships that promote trust and effective communication, ensuring a supportive atmosphere for clients.

This role will focus on a diverse clientele composed primarily of school-aged children and adolescents. You will address various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges that may arise within a school setting. By understanding the unique circumstances of each student, you will facilitate therapeutic processes that empower them to achieve emotional stability and personal growth.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is mandatory.
• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in your state.
• At least two years of clinical experience, preferably within a school or educational setting.
• Strong proficiency in clinical skills including assessment, intervention planning, and executing effective treatment strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on empathy and interpersonal interactions.

• Previous experience working in a school-based mental health program or with youth populations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices tailored specifically for children and adolescents.
• Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and online counseling tools to provide effective remote services.

This position offers a competitive salary within the range of USD 80,000 – 104,000 annually based on experience and qualifications, alongside a performance bonus structure. Additional benefits include:
