This position is entirely remote, providing flexibility while ensuring that our clinicians are effectively supported in their roles. • Directly engage with clients in both individual and group therapy settings, including virtual consultations, to provide therapeutic services aimed at managing and alleviating symptoms of mental illness.
• Conduct thorough assessments to understand client needs, creating and implementing evidence-based integrated care plans tailored to individual circumstances.
• Facilitate ongoing communication between clients, family members, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity and comprehensiveness of care.
• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing to the development of service strategies that align with our organizational goals and the specific needs of our client population.
• Manage a caseload of clients, providing consistent follow-up and monitoring progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Respond to crisis situations, providing immediate support and intervention as required to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Document clients' progress meticulously, adhering to professional ethical guidelines and standards of practice.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives by participating in committees focused on enhancing service delivery and patient care.

The LCSW will work primarily with a diverse group of clients experiencing major mental health challenges, including severe emotional disorders. This may include individuals at various stages of life, from adolescents to older adults, requiring sensitivity to their unique cultural backgrounds, behavioral health needs, and personal experiences. The clinician is expected to build trust and foster rapport, tailoring approaches that respect each client's individuality and circumstances.

• A current and valid LCSW license in the state of Georgia.
• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field; further education and specialized training in clinical social work are preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and comprehensive treatment planning for mental health issues, especially in underserved populations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex clinical information in an accessible manner.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.

• Prior experience working in remote settings or with telehealth technologies.
• Experience in hospice care, focusing on enhancing the quality of life for clients and their families.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention methods and safety planning for at-risk clients.
• Understanding of local and federal regulations regarding mental health service delivery.

Mind Protect Psychological Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
