Fully Remote BCBA Position(Must be licensed must live in GA) - Key Essentials To Behavior Managment
Position Overview
Key Essentials is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a fully remote position serving the McDonough area. This role offers the flexibility of working from home while providing high-quality ABA services to clients in the McDonough region through Telehealth and remote supervision.
Job Title: Program Manager BCBA
Type: Exempt
Location: Remote Supervising McDonough Clinic
Reports to: Clinical Director
Schedule
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday
  • Required virtual office hours: Minimum 5 hours daily during peak service hours
  • Remaining hours flexible within standard business hours (e.g., 9 AM to 6 PM)

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain a consistent virtual office presence for a minimum of 5 hours daily during peak service hours
  2. Conduct remote assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for clients in the Indio area
  3. Provide Telehealth ABA therapy sessions to clients
  4. Remotely supervise and train Behavior Technicians working in-person with clients
  5. Collaborate virtually with the clinical team, other therapists, and stakeholders
  6. Participate in virtual team meetings and case reviews
  7. Conduct remote parent/caregiver training sessions
  8. Maintain and update clinical documentation in electronic systems
  9. Analyze data and update treatment plans
  10. Engage in professional development activities
  11. Be available during set working hours for consultation and support to the Indio team
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines for telehealth services

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Active California BCBA license
  • 2+ years of experience in ABA therapy
  • Experience with telehealth service delivery preferred
  • Proficiency in telehealth platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home office setup
