Embrace Psychology is actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Embrace Psychology, you will have a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough assessments to diagnose mental health conditions and developing tailored treatment plans to address clients' unique needs.
• Documenting patient progress through detailed case notes, treatment plan reviews, and ongoing clinical documentation in accordance with established protocols.
• Delivering engaging and effective therapeutic interventions that draw upon creative methods to help clients achieve their mental health goals.
• Providing exceptional customer service while collaborating with a diverse team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Coordinating with case managers, families, medical professionals, and educational staff to deliver holistic support services.
• Participating in regular clinical meetings and training sessions to stay current on best practices and enhance your professional capabilities.
• Taking on additional responsibilities as assigned to support the ongoing success and improvement of our clinic operations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role is on serving a diverse client population, including adults and children from various socioeconomic backgrounds. You will engage with individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, ensuring that all clients receive the highest quality of care tailored to their circumstances.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• A master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active clinical licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
• Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate clinical concepts clearly.
• Strong boundary-setting skills, with the ability to model appropriate interactions with clients.
• A proven ability to complete and submit documentation punctually, maintaining organizational standards.
• Experience and comfort in working with a diverse range of clients, fostering an inclusive environment.

Preferred Experience

While not required, candidates with additional experience in integrated care settings, trauma-informed care, or those with bilingual skills will be highly regarded. Familiarity with electronic health record systems, telehealth platforms, and evidence-based therapeutic modalities can enhance effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

Embrace Psychology offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
