• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using telehealth technologies to establish a clear understanding of each client's mental health needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans employing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring they are adaptable to the online environment.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation via secure electronic health record (EHR) systems in accordance with industry regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with our interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide holistic care for our clients.
• Participate in regular virtual peer review meetings and case consultations to enhance clinical practice and outcomes.
• Empower clients and their families by providing education on mental health challenges, available resources, and treatment modalities through digital means.
• Stay abreast of current research and best practices in the mental health field by participating in online training sessions, webinars, and professional development opportunities.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children and adolescents, as well as adults navigating various mental health challenges. Your expertise will be critical in addressing conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma-related issues, with a focus on personalized, empathetic care that encourages clients to thrive.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy with demonstrated success.
• Strong proficiency in a range of therapeutic modalities, particularly those suitable for remote delivery.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage clients through virtual channels.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills necessary for navigating challenges in a remote work setting.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative virtual team environment.

• Experience in school-based mental health services or working with children and families is highly desirable.
• Previous knowledge of community resources available for mental health support.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and digital health tools that enhance the delivery of mental health services.
