• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand patients' unique backgrounds and requirements, formulating tailored treatment plans that promote effective therapeutic outcomes.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy for individuals, couples, and families, ensuring each session is goal-oriented and therapeutic.
• Lead psychoeducational and support groups on pertinent mental health themes, fostering community and shared learning among participants to enhance group cohesion.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members—including psychiatrists and psychologists—synchronizing care efforts to provide integrated mental health services for patients.
• Respond to crisis situations by providing immediate support, employing de-escalation techniques, and ensuring patients receive the appropriate levels of care.
• Educate clients about mental health topics, treatment modalities, and accessible community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
• Document patient interactions meticulously, maintaining confidentiality and adhering strictly to regulations and best practices for record-keeping.
• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings, providing insights and strategies that contribute to patient care improvements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated with the latest advancements in the field of mental health therapy to continually enhance treatment efficacy.

You will work directly with a diverse client population, including adults facing challenges such as chronic anxiety, depression, and life transitions, as well as families dealing with relational dynamics and substance use issues. Expect a varied caseload that requires cultural sensitivity and adaptability to meet the unique needs of each individual.

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.
• Deep understanding of mental health disorders and demonstrated competency in various therapeutic modalities.
• Proven experience conducting comprehensive assessments and developing effective treatment strategies tailored to diverse clientele.
• Strong skills in delivering individual and group therapy sessions, nurturing a safe and productive environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, allowing for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Proficient with electronic health record (EHR) systems and comfortable utilizing technology to facilitate remote care.
• Ability to demonstrate sound judgment, ethical considerations, and maintain professional boundaries in all interactions.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-master’s licensed clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Experience with telehealth services is a plus, helping to navigate challenges specific to remote therapy.

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise.
