• Conduct virtual therapy sessions leveraging video conferencing tools to assist clients with mental wellness challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related concerns.
• Establish and maintain a welcoming, empathetic environment to foster open communication, allowing clients to express their thoughts and feelings freely.
• Collaborate with clients to set and achieve personalized growth objectives, ensuring they feel empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, and families. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Current independent licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Virginia.

• Proficient communication and relationship-building skills to engage effectively with clients and their support systems.
• Experience with telehealth tools and platforms is essential; familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, with demonstrated success in treatment planning and client engagement.
• Previous experience providing therapy in a telehealth or remote setting is highly valued.
• Further credentials or training in specific therapeutic modalities or specializations will be beneficial.

The salary range for this position is USD 100,000 – 110,000 annually, complemented by a competitive benefits package.
