As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will have a range of responsibilities aimed at improving patient mental health and addressing various psychological concerns. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, thereby identifying patients' mental health needs and crafting individualized treatment plans.
• Providing psychotherapeutic services through evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring each intervention is tailored to clients’ unique circumstances.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed clinical records that comply with HIPAA and other regulations, which is critical in monitoring patient progress and adherence to treatment.
• Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver coordinated care that meets all aspects of the patient’s needs.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, which not only enhance the quality of care but also provide opportunities for professional growth.
• Educating patients and their families about mental health, treatment options, and supportive community resources to empower them and foster a better understanding of their conditions.
• Staying informed of the latest research and therapeutic techniques in mental health, integrating new knowledge into your clinical practice to improve patient care.

You will interact with a diverse range of patients, including individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma histories, and other mental health challenges. Your compassionate approach and expertise will help guide them through their treatment journey, enhancing their coping strategies and overall quality of life.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, specifically focused on delivering psychotherapy services.
• In-depth knowledge of solution-based therapeutic interventions and techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, critical for building rapport with patients and collaborating with team members.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, which will aid in developing effective treatment plans.
• A team-oriented mindset that values collaborative care and professional development.

While not mandatory, experience in an outpatient clinical setting will be advantageous. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote treatment approaches will also be beneficial, given the remote nature of this position.
