• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately assess clients' mental health status and unique needs.

• A valid and current license in Florida as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to maintain a balanced caseload and ensure effective treatment delivery.

• Prior experience in a therapeutic setting, particularly with adult clients experiencing a range of mental health issues.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and modalities is highly desirable.
• A background in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, or specific therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) is a plus.

• Competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, contingent upon your specific caseload and experience.
