What is an internship board game?

An Internship Board Game is a tabletop or digital game designed to simulate the experience of internships in various industries. Players typically take on the roles of interns, completing tasks, overcoming challenges, and making decisions that mirror real-life workplace scenarios. The game aims to educate players about workplace dynamics, skills development, and professional growth in a fun and engaging way. It can be used by students, educators, or organizations to help prepare individuals for real-world internships.

As an intern at a board game company, you can expect to participate in a variety of hands-on projects such as playtesting prototypes, contributing ideas to game mechanics, assisting with market research, and supporting event planning for game launches. This role offers a dynamic environment where creativity and teamwork are highly valued, providing a unique opportunity to develop industry-specific skills and build a network within the board game community.
