Four Winds Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team in Wenatchee, Washington. This is a full-time remote position focused on providing high-quality telehealth services to a diverse client base. This role is primarily remote, utilizing a telehealth platform to connect with clients. We believe that providing mental health services via telehealth can enhance accessibility and convenience for our clients. Our clinicians have the flexibility to design their schedules while maintaining a professional, safe, and engaging virtual space that prioritizes client confidentiality and rapport.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions, adapting techniques based on client needs and progress.
• Assist clients during crisis situations using appropriate de-escalation strategies while ensuring a supportive environment.
• Collect and accurately document patient data to track treatment effectiveness and inform ongoing care decisions.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism in a virtual setting, fostering a safe and confidential atmosphere for all clients.

Our client base includes individuals from various backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with a range of mental health challenges. We utilize trauma-informed approaches and evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT). As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to impact clients positively, providing them with the tools they need to navigate their mental health journeys.

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure in the state of Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Associate (LMHC-A).
• A minimum of one year of experience in a behavioral or mental health setting is required.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and various therapeutic methodologies is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with proficiency in documentation management.

• Familiarity with pediatric mental health care and developmental considerations.
• Experience providing integration counseling services, possibly including psychedelic integration.
• Ability to stay current with research developments in the mental health field.
• Proficient in using technology tools and telehealth platforms for delivering therapy and maintaining records.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a lucrative pay structure, we offer flexible scheduling, allowing you to choose your own hours.
