• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various mental health counseling techniques tailored to the needs of clients.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment and discharge plans that address clients' specific challenges and goals.
• Conduct thorough assessments through patient interviews, historical case studies, and observational methods, synthesizing data to inform therapeutic strategies.
• Document clinical sessions and submit client paperwork within 24 hours to maintain a high standard of service and accommodate insurance requirements.
• Engage in all mandatory training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in clinical social work and holistic mental health approaches.

Your client base will primarily consist of individuals in compassionate care settings, including those facing terminal illnesses and seeking support during significant life transitions. You will provide a safe and empathetic environment for clients exploring psychedelic therapy, ensuring they are well-informed and supported throughout their emotional and psychological journeys.

• Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, with active LCSW licensure or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience with insurance credentialing and familiarity with malpractice insurance protocols.
• A minimum ability to handle a caseload of at least ten (53-minute) therapy sessions weekly.
• Proficiency in digital healthcare platforms, with the ability to quickly adapt to various electronic health record systems.
• Strong knowledge and application of clinical counseling methods, along with an understanding of legal and ethical issues pertaining to mental health and patients' rights.

• Previous experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds, particularly in hospice or terminal care settings.
• Familiarity or training in using non-traditional therapeutic practices, including psychedelic integration, breathwork, meditation, and other holistic approaches.
• Demonstrated skill in utilizing technology for telehealth practice and engagement with digital patient care tools.

• The annual salary range for this role is competitive, between USD 90,000 and 105,000, based on location, experience, and qualifications.
