Job Role

We are seeking a per diem Psychedelic Dosing Monitor/Therapist for exciting clinical trials focused on psychedelic research for individuals with depression, anxiety and other mood disorders at one or more of our research site locations. You will be at the forefront of psychedelic research. You'll facilitate preparation, dosing, and integration sessions for participants facing complex mood disorders. You'll also master study-specific protocols, collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team and maintain rigorous ICH-GCP standards to ensure data integrity and participant safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as StudyTherapistโ€ฏin onsite psychedelic clinical trials for depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders.โ€ฏ
  • Completeโ€ฏstudy-sponsored therapist trainingโ€ฏandโ€ฏAdams Clinical site-specificโ€ฏtrainingโ€ฏrequirements.โ€ฏ
  • Provide support to participants throughout the clinical trial in alignment with theโ€ฏstudy protocol and training guidelines.โ€ฏ
  • Collaborate with clinicians and site staff managing participant participation in the study.โ€ฏ

What Success Looks Like

  • You successfully balance intensive on-site clinical sessions with efficient remote follow-ups, ensuring participant safety and protocol adherence.
  • You are fully onboarded and proficient in study-specific training, proactively handling administrative and clinical responsibilities to keep the trial running smoothly.

Salary: $125 - $200 per hour
