We utilize cutting-edge digital Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms enabling efficient client documentation and communication, ensuring you can focus on delivering quality care without administrative distractions.

• Conduct individual assessments and provide therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique needs, focusing on a holistic approach to mental health.
• Prepare comprehensive treatment and discharge plans that reflect the best practices in clinical counseling.
• Collect and analyze data through structured interviews and case histories to identify underlying issues and appropriate therapeutic strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely client documentation and ensure submission within 24 hours of service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing professional development by completing mandatory training and staying current with practices in teletherapy.

Your clientele will largely consist of individuals facing anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Many clients will be seeking innovative therapies, including those related to psychedelic experiences. Your role will involve not just traditional counseling methods but also integrating client preparation and support for processes that relate to non-ordinary states of consciousness, such as meditation, breathwork, and breathwork integration.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) with an LCSW designation or equivalent credential in a directly related field.
• Eligibility for credentialing on insurance panels and possession of malpractice insurance.
• A minimum caseload of 10 to 15 clients per week (53-minute sessions).
• Proficient understanding of and experience with digital EHR systems.
• A solid grasp of clinical social work principles and methodologies, including legal and ethical considerations related to clients' rights.

• Experience with integrating non-traditional therapy techniques within clinical practice.
• Familiarity with digital health technology and telehealth best practices.
• A passion for a holistic approach that may encompass alternative therapies and practices.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and geographic location. In addition to an attractive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
