• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations aimed at crafting appropriate and individualized treatment plans for each client.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions that may include individual therapy, couples counseling, family therapy, and group sessions to address a variety of mental health concerns.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to meet clients' specific needs effectively.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records while adhering to the highest ethical standards and legal requirements in mental health practice.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying updated on current research and advancements in mental health, and participating in relevant workshops.

In this role, you will primarily work with diverse individuals experiencing a range of emotional and psychological issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and substance abuse. Our clientele spans various age groups and backgrounds, requiring a nuanced understanding of different perspectives and treatment needs. Your goal will be to build therapeutic relationships that empower clients to work through their challenges and improve their overall quality of life.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing mental health counseling within a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of the ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing mental health counseling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport and effectively engage clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, enhancing the quality of care provided to clients.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other relevant software for clinical documentation.

• Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
