• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices.
• Deliver a range of therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including case managers, psychiatrists, and nutritionists, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention support, utilizing your expertise to assist clients in high-stress situations and develop effective coping strategies.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives that enhance mental health awareness and promote the importance of mental health services within diverse communities.

You will primarily serve a diverse clientele, including individuals from various cultural, socioeconomic, and age backgrounds who face unique mental health challenges. Your responsiveness to the needs of clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders will be vital in promoting social inclusion and emotional recovery.

• Possess an active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport effectively with clients and families.
• Exhibit cultural competence and an understanding of the diverse backgrounds of clients in order to provide tailored support.

• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a focus on telehealth therapy.
• Proven track record in crisis intervention and supportive counseling.
• Experience using telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) for documentation and client management.
