• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health requirements, delivering personalized treatment plans that facilitate progress and healing.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Barwon, you will engage with a diverse population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, and more. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is mandatory to ensure a high standard of care.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, enabling you to establish rapport and ensure effective remote therapeutic connections with clients.
• Exhibit empathy and compassion in all interactions, understanding the complexities of clients' experiences and mental health challenges.
• Demonstrated organizational and time-management abilities are critical to balancing therapeutic sessions and documentation effectively.

• Prior experience in remote counseling or teletherapy environments is advantageous, allowing you to navigate virtual therapy dynamics adeptly.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic methodologies, including but not limited to cognitive and behavioral therapies, to effectively meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
