Senior Tanium Consultant - Observability
LaSalle Network is hiring for a Senior Tanium Consultant - Observability with a (Client Company Industry)-leading company known for (what makes client company exciting - innovation, growth, culture, impact, etc.). This fully remote, contract Senior Tanium Consultant - Observability opportunity is ideal for a delivery-focused consultant who thrives in client-facing work and enjoys owning technical outcomes end to end. In this role, the Senior Tanium Consultant - Observability will implement and optimize Tanium modules while building automation and reporting that drives endpoint visibility, compliance, and security outcomes. If you're excited by hands-on Tanium administration in production and live consulting engagements, this is a strong match.
Responsibilities



  • Implement and optimize Tanium modules in production environments

  • Build Tanium content including Sensors, Packages, Saved Questions, Dashboards, and Policies

  • Develop scripting and automation for Tanium workflows (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or similar)

  • Create automation and reporting to support endpoint visibility, compliance, and security tooling initiatives

  • Integrate Tanium with at least one of the following: ServiceNow, SIEM platforms, or CMDB/asset systems

  • Serve as a client-facing technical resource on live consulting engagements



Qualifications



  • 3 to 6 years of endpoint management or security engineering experience

  • 2+ years of hands-on Tanium platform administration in production environments

  • Demonstrated experience creating Tanium content (Sensors, Packages, Saved Questions, Dashboards, Policies)

  • Scripting/automation experience for workflow enablement (PowerShell, Python, or similar)

  • Familiarity with endpoint hardening and vulnerability management

  • Consulting-oriented communication skills and comfort in a client-facing role

  • Experience delivering Tanium consulting projects at enterprise scale (10k+ endpoints) (nice to have)

  • Experience working in ITSM/IT Ops environments (incident, change, request workflows) (nice to have)

  • Exposure to EDR, vulnerability scanners, or configuration management tools (nice to have)

  • Tanium Certified Administrator (TCA) (nice to have)

  • Tanium Certified Professional Endpoint Management (TCPEM) or equivalent (nice to have)
