Work Environment

As a fully remote position, this role allows for the flexibility of working from your home or preferred location, with the structure of set office hours, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients to address their specific therapeutic needs.
  • Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities, adapting approaches to fit clients' unique circumstances and preferences.
  • Document clinical progress and interventions accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, actively participating in case consultations to strategize and optimize client care.
  • Manage and schedule your caseload effectively, demonstrating flexibility to accommodate clients' needs and availability, ranging from part-time to full-time engagement.
  • Engage in continuing education and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge of emerging therapeutic techniques.
