Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you to maintain a balanced work-life schedule while utilizing our advanced telehealth systems. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions that accommodate the unique needs and circumstances of clients.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation that adheres to both state regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Engage in ongoing clinical supervision and participate actively in team meetings to discuss case progress and therapeutic strategies.
• Work collaboratively with other clinicians and staff, engaging in case consultations to ensure integrated, holistic care for clients.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to efficiently manage and schedule your caseload, offering flexibility in your working hours.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a counselor at Unto Life Behavioral Health, you will primarily serve a diverse client population within the Rockville, Maryland area. Our clients vary in age and background, including individuals facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through their struggles by applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to their personal experiences and goals.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted LCPC license in the state of Maryland.
• Proficient clinical skills in individual, couples, and family therapy.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to manage a dynamic schedule independently.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of professional counseling experience in an outpatient or community mental health setting.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
• Experience using electronic health record systems for clinical documentation and scheduling.

Compensation and Benefits

The financial package for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, complemented by a robust benefits program that enhances your overall compensation.
