In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering comprehensive outpatient behavioral health care to individuals undergoing detoxification and other recovery processes. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be part of a collaborative virtual team of behavioral health professionals who prioritize patient-centered care. Our remote structure allows for dynamic communication and coordination with colleagues and clinical leadership, ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of support throughout their treatment.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients’ needs, collaborating with the clinical team to develop personalized care plans that include appropriate referrals to additional services if needed.
• Refer patients to community-based self-help programs and other resources, effectively creating a network of support that extends beyond initial treatment.
• Engage in regular supervision meetings with the clinical director, discussing case reviews, clinical challenges, and any staff-related issues to ensure high standards of care and teamwork.
• Supervise and support behavioral health therapists, assigning daily tasks, conducting annual performance evaluations, and reinforcing adherence to unit policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clinical productivity and interventions in accordance with program requirements.
• Actively participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives, contributing insights and recommendations for enhancing service delivery.

The primary clientele you will serve includes individuals undergoing detoxification and facing addiction-related challenges. You will work closely with patients from diverse backgrounds, fostering trust and rapport while addressing their unique mental and behavioral health needs. Your interventions will be tailored to promote healing and resilience in this vulnerable population, ensuring that each patient feels supported and understood throughout their recovery journey.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, along with a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.
• A minimum of 2 years of post-master’s experience in a medical or behavioral health setting, particularly in primary or specialty care environments, is preferred.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, social service agencies, and patients is essential for this role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.

• Experience in substance use treatment, mental health support, and implementing evidence-based practices.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems to enhance patient engagement and documentation.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
