  • Lead crossfunctional coordination to source case studies, insights, data, and credentials across strategy, creative, healthcare, corporate, and consumer teams
  • Write, edit, and synthesize responses that clearly articulate Burson's value proposition and competitive differentiation
  • Partner with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance, pricing alignment, and adherence to submission requirements
  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve a centralized library of pitch content, boilerplate responses, and bestinclass examples for future use

RFP Development & Pitch Support (25-30%)

  • Serve as the logistical and operational backbone of live pitches, managing schedules, deliverables, decks, and submissions
  • Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, account, and design teams to develop compelling pitch materials
  • Conduct competitive and client research to support pitch positioning
  • Coordinate and run internal pitch rehearsals, ensuring clarity, preparedness, and alignment across presenters
  • Support the creation and delivery of pitch presentations and leavebehind materials

Pipeline Management & Business Reporting (15-20%)

  • Take primary responsibility for maintaining the U.S. opportunity pipeline, ensuring data accuracy and completeness across all active and prospective opportunities
  • Manage data entry and ongoing updates within Burson's custom pipeline management system
  • Conduct regular followups with senior leaders across the U.S. network to gather updates and maintain realtime pipeline accuracy
  • Pull, format, and synthesize pipeline and new business reports for leadership and agencywide communications
  • Identify trends and insights within pipeline data to inform forecasting, planning, and new business strategy

Collaborate with finance partners on forecasting and budgetrelated processes, including quarterly revenue forecasting activities

Experience that contributes to success:
  • 3-5 years of experience within an agency environment (PR, communications, marketing, advertising or consulting)
  • Handson agency new business experience, including RFIs, RFPs, and pitch processes (nonnegotiable)
  • Strong writing, editing, and synthesis skills with a clear, confident voice
  • Demonstrated project management capability across complex, deadlinedriven workstreams
  • High attention to detail and comfort managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency across Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (tables, reporting, and structured data)
  • Comfort using AI tools to support writing, research, synthesis, and business development workflows

Preferred

  • Prior experience supporting a formal new business or growth function
  • Familiarity with pipeline management systems and business reporting tools (Salesforcelike experience a plus)
  • Exposure to healthcare, corporate, consumer, or integrated agency pitches
  • Experience working across time zones and with global teams
  • Cost or budget proposal exposure (nice to have, not required)

What Sets You Apart

  • Ambitious and selfdirected: You're eager to take ownership, figure things out independently, and grow into increasing responsibility
