    What You Will Do:

    The Account Manager role requires a driven and self-motivated professional with experience in commercial lines insurance and a strong commitment to supporting business growth. Candidates must hold an active Property & Casualty license in Illinois to qualify for this position.

    • Manages a book of insurance business with strong autonomy, decision-making, and accountability for retention and client satisfaction

    • Delivers professional service to clients, carriers, underwriters, and partners while supporting Producers in growing and maintaining business

    • Oversees all transactions, documentation, and internal processing for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance

    • Analyzes clients’ coverage needs, compares policy options, monitors industry changes, and provides informed recommendations

    • Acts as liaison between clients and carriers to resolve complex service, claims, and billing issues, including negotiating with underwriters when needed

    • Documents all interactions in agency systems and supports training and mentorship of junior team members
